Why New OEM Heui Injectors?:

Remanufactured injectors are one of the most common causes for fuel system failures in Navistar DI OE replacement engines throughout the industry. As a preventative measure and quality enhancement, Reviva installs new HEUI injectors on all 7.3L DI Complete Drop-In engines. These new injectors from the OE manufacturer have tungsten coated plungers (the pumping element in the injector), which is an improvement over some earlier OE injectors.

Important Configuration Information:

This engine will not work with high torque applications. To determine if your engine is high torque, pull the valve cover to get the body code off the injector solenoid. High torque body code is "AC." High Torque engines are either 210HP@2300 RPM or 230HP@2300 RPM. This information can be found on the engine data tag.

About This Engine:

The DI 7.3L turbo is the most popular diesel engine on the road today. Reviva's 7.3L Turbo engines, which are available for Ford and International T444E Series applications, are configured for delivery vans, pick up trucks, ambulances, utility trucks, airport shuttle buses and International school buses.

Pilot Engines warrants to the original buyer that every product will be free from proven defects in material and workmanship. Pilot Engines warranty obligation will be limited, at our opinion, to repair or replace with another rebuilt engine. All warranty work must be preauthorized by Pilot Engines. To activate the warranty, all engines must be registered within 30 days from shipment. Complete Drop-In engines carry a full 2 year/unlimited mile warranty. The second year covers the long block only. The long block engines carry a 1 year/unlimited mile warranty. Off-Road applications are covered for 1 year/2000 hours. Dyno Test:

All of Reviva's Complete Drop-In engines are 100% dyno tested prior to shipment. Computer controls ensure that each engine dyno test is conducted under standard, repeatable settings. Every engine is run through a warm up cycle; three separate segments simulating light, medium and heavy throttle conditions; maximum torque and horsepower tests; both high and low idle tests; and a black light leak detection test with dyed oil, coolant and fuel. Reviva also tests oil and coolant temperature; monitors crankcase pressure, oil and turbo boost pressures; and tests fuel consumption.
